Our Privacy Ideals

At TaskHarmony, we believe in giving control back to the user. That means minimizing the data we collect, making every advanced feature opt-in, and ensuring your app data stays on your device unless you choose otherwise. At TaskHarmony, privacy isn’t an afterthought, it’s our foundation. We build apps with respect for your data and control over your choices.

• We minimize the data we collect, only what’s required for subscriptions and accounts. ?
  For example: creating an account requires only an email address. We don’t collect unnecessary personal details, and premium users see no ads at all.
• We serve non-personalized ads to all users to avoid profiling or data harvesting. ?
  For example: by default for free users, ads are based only on the app context, never your personal data. This prevents advertisers from tracking you across apps or building a profile from your usage. Premium users have no ads at all.
• All data sharing and syncing features are opt-in; the default is privacy-first. ?
  For example: backup sync is off by default and must be turned on by you. In apps like MemeOrganizer, images are analyzed locally on your device and never leave it.

TaskHarmony LLC (“TaskHarmony,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your data when you use our websites, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the “TaskHarmony Hub”).

By accessing or using TaskHarmony Hub, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our services.

a. Information You Provide We collect information that you voluntarily give us, including: Account details (email address, display name, password — stored securely) Payment details (handled by Stripe; we never see or store full card information) Communications (emails, messages, or feedback you send to us) Optional newsletter signup data (name and email)

b. Automatically Collected Data When you use TaskHarmony Hub or our apps, certain information may be collected automatically, including: Device and browser information (e.g., model, OS, app version) IP address and approximate region Logs of interactions with our site and services Error reports or crash data (anonymized when possible)

c. Local App Data Most TaskHarmony applications operate locally on your device. Your personal notes, images, budgets, and tags are stored on your device by default. We cannot access this data unless you explicitly enable syncing or support sharing.

d. Optional Cloud Sync If you enable sync or cloud storage: Your data will be encrypted in transit and at rest. You can delete your synced data at any time. We retain backup copies only as required for reliability or legal compliance.

We may integrate third-party software packages (SDKs) that support analytics, performance monitoring, or advertising. For example: Google AdMob (in free app versions) Stripe (payment processing) Email or analytics packages (for service improvement) These third-party services may collect data such as device identifiers, approximate location, or ad performance metrics. We do not sell your data to advertisers, and we strive to minimize what these SDKs access. However, you acknowledge that we cannot guarantee a completely leak-free or intrusion-proof system due to the nature of internet technologies.

We use your data to: Operate and maintain the TaskHarmony Hub platform Provide and improve our apps and features Authenticate user accounts and manage subscriptions Process payments and issue receipts Communicate about updates, features, or billing Prevent abuse, fraud, and unauthorized access Comply with legal obligations

We retain data only as long as necessary to: Operate your account and subscriptions Comply with legal and accounting obligations Resolve disputes and enforce our agreements You may request deletion of your account and associated data by using the delete account feature or by contacting support@taskharmonyhub.com. Deleted data is removed from active systems promptly and phased out of encrypted backups as soon as technically feasible.

If you close your TaskHarmony account or your account is terminated under our Terms, any data stored on our servers will be deleted or anonymized in accordance with this Privacy Policy. Locally stored data on your devices remains under your control and is not removed by us.

We use industry-standard encryption, authentication, and access controls to protect your data. Despite our efforts, no online service can guarantee absolute security. By using TaskHarmony, you acknowledge and accept this inherent risk and agree that we are not liable for damages caused by events beyond our reasonable control. Although we are still dedicated to using the best up to date security measures, we believe our best method to avoid this altogether is to store very little data about our users to begin with.

We do not sell personal data. We may share limited information only in the following cases: With service providers that assist us in running our platform (e.g., Stripe, hosting, email) To comply with legal requests or government requirements To enforce our Terms of Service or protect our users In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale (with notice provided) All partners are required to handle data responsibly and comply with privacy laws.

TaskHarmony Hub is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If you believe a child has provided information to us, please use the account deletion feature or contact us immediately for deletion.

TaskHarmony operates from the United States. If you access our services from outside the U.S., you consent to the transfer and storage of your data in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from your jurisdiction.
