I forgot my password, how do I reset it?
On the login page, click “Forgot Password?” and follow the instructions to reset securely via email.

Can I change my display name or email?
Yes. After logging in, go to your Dashboard → Account Settings to update your profile information.

How do I delete my account and data?
Contact support at support@taskharmonyhub.com and request account deletion. We’ll permanently erase your account and subscription info. We are building an automated tool for this in the future.
- How do I create an account?
You can register quickly from the Create Account page with just your email and a display name.
- Do I need an account to use the apps?
Most apps work free and offline. An account is required for premium features, syncing, and subscriptions.
- How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Log in and visit your Dashboard to manage subscriptions or allocate points.
- What happens to my data if I unsubscribe?
Your local app data remains on your device. Access to premium features stops when your subscription ends.

Do I need to pay to use MemeOrganizer or Budget Pro?
Free tiers are available. Premium unlocks extra features (like unlimited meme storage or advanced budget tools).

How do bonus points work across apps?
Subscriptions and purchases earn bonus points. You can allocate these points in your Dashboard to unlock other apps.

What happens if my payment fails?
We’ll retry your payment. If it still fails, your subscription pauses until resolved, your data stays safe.

Do I get a refund if I cancel?
Subscriptions remain active until the end of your billing period. We don’t offer partial refunds, but you’ll keep access until the term ends.

Can I subscribe to more than one app at once?
Yes. Each app can be subscribed to individually, and bonus points from each subscription can be pooled together.

Do I need to stay logged in to use the apps?
No. Once you log in and your subscription is verified, apps work offline. You only need to log in again if you clear your data or the session expires.

Can I use TaskHarmony apps without the internet?
Yes! Core features like organizing memes or managing envelopes work offline. Only syncing and sharing features need internet.

Do you sell my data?
Never. Your information is never sold or shared with advertisers. Ads shown in free apps are contextual only unless you opt-in first.

What data do you collect when I use the apps?
Only what’s required for accounts and subscriptions (like your email).
Your app data stays on your device unless you explicitly opt in to sync or backup features.
We don’t share or sell your personal data.
